The link in the email will expire after 24 hours; therefore make sure to use it as immediately as you can. Please note that your new password cannot be the same as your previous password. 2. Reset your password by text message (SMS)

·         First of all, visit netflix.com/loginhelp

·         Choose to reset your password by Text Message (SMS)

·         Enter the phone number linked with your account

·         Choose to Text Me and you will be sent a verification code to enter to reset your password

·         This code will expire after 20 minutes, so make sure to use it as soon as possible

Note:

If you select to require all devices to sign in again with a new password while the reset process, please note that it might take up to 8 hours to disconnect all devices that are signed in to your account.

ISSUE 1: My phone number isn’t associated with my account

If you have not added a phone number yet to your account then, you will need to follow the directions that are given above to reset your password by email. When you have access to your account, you can add a phone number at any time just by going to your Account page and choosing Add Phone Number. If the phone number on your account isn’t longer valid then, you can go to your account page and then, choose Phone Number.
